"Worst experience ever"

Nothing at all

- Not clean enough - Not family friendly at all - No lighting enough in the rooms - very very expensive compared to what you get back in return (1 night 350 euros just because it is a season) - Noise and sounds from the night clubs around are there all night - People were fighting and shouting around 2am in the corridor for more than 1 hour - Bathroom is not the best -

"I am very disappointed."

Hi we stayed at the baisan in bahrain. The hotel is really not up to scratch. The first room we were shown had a leak in the bathroom. We then were taken to another room which looked slightly better. Only to discover that there is no toilet seat in the night when we went to bed. Not enough towels were provided.. The pictures do not look like what we have experienced. The bathroom tiles and shower looked old and scummy. the hotel is classified as a four star. I would rate it a one star. We cannot cancel because if the policy on the booking but I am very disappointed.
