Location

I liked the size and space we had in our second floor room. It also had a great view of the crooked bridge. The bed was firm and comfortable, and there was air conditioning. Breakfast was provided by Sabina and included in our stay!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Sabina is a great host. Very responsive to all message inquiries and happy to help in any to make your stay exceptional. Very close proximity to key Mostar visitor sites. A grocery store 2 minutes away!

Tolle Unterkunft nahe des Zentrums mit sehr netter Gastgeberin. Super Frühstück, besonders hundefreundlich.

The room is clean, I really liked it. The location of the apartment is also very good! The hospitality at the reception was very helpful🥹 We recommend🙏🏻

But.. Although I rate everything highly, I have an observation and I hope it will help to improve quality of service- we took a room with breakfast, but unfortunately we didn't get breakfast, we arrived at a time when breakfast was still being served, but we didn't find anything in many dishes. So, first come, first served, we were not replenished with food, we only found ham and bread, and a few desserts, the other containers were empty, the serving girl saw that we came and did nothing. It's disappointing, because in this case it's more profitable to go to the supermarket nearby and take breakfast to the room.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten waren hart. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste , was wir auf unserer Reise hatten.
