MUSEUM HOTEL - Relais & Châteaux

Beautiful hotel in quiet area of ushicar but with easy access to Göreme ten minutes in taxi. Located near to some of the red tour sites. Staff provided excellent service nothing was too much trouble for them even offering Turkish tea while we waited for our pick up for a tour. Breakfast was fantastic one of the best we have had on holiday. Rooms was great large with separate shower area and jacuzzi bath, would definitely stay again.

EVERYTHING! The staff were so friendly and helpful - you could not go long without someone saying hello or checking if you needed/wanted anything. You could change your pillows (pillow menu available). Turn down service everyday. Would 100% stay again.

Every interaction felt genuine and thoughtful. It’s clear that the owner and manager have put a tremendous amount of work into creating not just a beautiful hotel, but an experience. You can feel the effort and training that’s gone into building such an exceptional team. The staff operates with precision, warmth, and pride — and that doesn’t happen by accident. Breakfast was another highlight — fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and served with the same care and attention to detail that defines the entire hotel. I commend the owner and management team for what they’ve created. It’s rare to see this level of consistency and excellence. Museum Hotel is a true gem, and I can’t wait to return.

Best in Cappadoccia. Period.

All staff especially the receptionist and restaurant staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and accomodating. We booked airport transfers both ways and taxis to Goreme, ski resorts, fairy chimneys etc, all the drivers are very profesionals with fair prices, most don’t speak English but thw rexeptionist always help us translating throught the phone. They gave us suites with private terrace and the view is amazing. Our bathroom is massive with a a wonderful view from bathtub. My most favorite part of the room is the heated floor!! It makes so much difference in winter. The breakfast is not to be missed.

There is a room for improvement in restaurant menu, it can be more varieted.
