Hea asukoht, meeldiv teenindus, puhtus tubades ja maitsev hommikusöök.

Toas puudus konditsioneer. Lahtised aknad võimaldasid siiski seekord normaalse temperatuuri ja õhuvärskuse, sest aknad olid hoovi poole ning öine temperatuur õues oli madal. Ei kujuta ette, kuidas nendes tubades on temperatuuriga suvel. Kuivõrd tegu on **** hotelliga siis oleks lootnud, et toas on tasuta pudelivesi.

Endiselt Viljandi linna kõige parem hotell. Avar tuba, meeldiv sisekujundus, Grand stiil. Isegi pannkoogid hommikusöögiks. 😀

Söögid olid viidud kõrgemale tasandile. Taldrikuga natuke ohtlik kivist treppidel liikuda.
