Breakfast was good and most of the staff were helpful

The plumbing… shower not hot enough at first.. then after 2 days we were allowed to change rooms. The was a leak near the toilet which was blamed on the shower door, yet leak was dripping from above the toilet. Hotel was often cold Rooms very noisey until 11pm as guest with young children banged on doors and argue in the stairwell which as tiled so carried noise. Not being told about extra cost when ordering coffee for afternoon tea and eggs for breakfast

We had a wonderful time in Hotel Chalet del Brenta. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were large and kept very clean by the housekeeping staff and the food was absolutely delicious. We were half- board and everyday the dinner was of outstanding quality. A particular highlight was the New Year's Eve dinner. Overall a wonderful stay and a special mention to Michaela,Masha,Sylvia and Pietro for looking after us so well.
