Office not open when I arrived, no english speaking person to talk to. Room key wasn't available like they said. NEVER saw owners the whole stay. bathroom pretty run down

How handy it was to most things & that the key was left in the room for us on arrival

It was paru, kitchen window didn't even close, the place was very rundown with doors that couldn't even close properly (especially for the bathroom). Beds were not comfortable and we couldn't sleep due to the horrible rotorua smell that lingered throughout the place all night long.

Oh perfect, we loving it tbh . We had a good time there was awesome .

Clean clean and clean some more!!

This was a horrible and extremely disappointing experience. It was our first time in New Zealand, and this property was completely different from the pictures advertised. There was mold everywhere, especially in the toilet and kitchen. We even found spiders in the toilet. The room had not been vacuumed, the bed was stained and smelled bad, and the entire house had a strong cigarette smell. Cigarette butts were also scattered outside the door. The hand wash in the toilet was already opened, had no cap, and looked expired. The doors were broken and poorly fitted my brother actually got stuck in the toilet because the door would not open or close properly. The rug and carpet were stained, and even the pillows smelled unpleasant. On top of all this, the staff were extremely rude and very unprofessional. Instead of helping, they made the situation worse. Our entire trip was ruined because of this property. Overall, this place is unhygienic, badly maintained, and absolutely not recommended.

Not even 1 thing i like about this property. Too disgusted to stay there. So we ended up driving home instead of staying in there, super dirty property. Carpet is too dirty, full of stains and dust like they didnt clean it for 10years same as the wall it is too much damaged and spider webs Shower room is so dirty aswell like they didnt really clean it at all. The kitchen blinds are so dirty too, bed doesn't smell like they just got washed, It smell like it came straight from the wardrove after 1 year of storing there. Smell like you never wanted to sleep there. Bedroom wall is damaged not really safe to sleep there. Garbage accommodation i have seen. Look like a drug people place. Even the outside is not tidy. There advertisement are false. They should sut down there property and do full renovations. What a waste of time and money.
