Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Resepsiyon görevlileri çok yardımcıydı. Perdeler çok iyiydi. Çok sessiz bir oteldi. Ulaşımı rahattı.

Oda bakımı özensizdi. Kırık sabunluk tamir edilmemişti, yatak iyi düzeltilmemişti. İkram su konmasını isterdim. Oda servisi dışında açık bir bar/cafe isterdim.

Расположен в 10-15 мин от моря. Рядом с живописным замком. После недоразумения при заселении сотрудники быстро отреагировали и переселили нас в другой номер с балконом и шкафом. Он тоже был достаточно простым, но уже более комфортным. В дальнейшем проживание прошло нормально, персонал был доброжелателен и даже не взял оплату за мини-бар, за что отдельное Спасибо.

Первые впечатления, к сожалению, были очень разочаровывающими. После почти трёх суток дороги из Украины мы ожидали номер, соответствующий фотографиям на Booking, но получили очень маленькую комнату, где кроме большой кровати практически не было места, а шкафа для одежды не было вовсе. Сразу после заселения я пошла на ресепшен с просьбой переселить нас, так как номер совершенно не соответствовал нашим ожиданиям. В этот момент мой ребёнок остался в номере, зашёл в туалет, и дверь заклинило — мне пришлось снова спускаться на ресепшен и просить помощи.

The room was very big and comfortable and the location of the hotel was good.The pool bar food was reasonably priced and good.

There could have been more sunbeds for the number of guests.
