7-11 next to the hotel lobby

Poor cleanliness(urine stain on toilet seat when checked in, hair on bed sheet); No disposal slippers (either bring your own or wear the shared ones available in the room); Stayed for 2 nights, staff did not make up the room during the day (not even bothered to empty the bin in the room even it was full - level of service is appalling); Room heated up to 35 degrees in the afternoons due to west facing windows - turning the room into ovens, and ventilation control in the room did not work);

"Good stay"

Comfortable room, good location for local art and Chinatown and Metro station, bus stops.

Restaurant was closed from 9pm, so had to use 7 Eleven on site, not good selection of food.
