Location was great, close to terminal 21, beautiful breakfast each morning and the pool was amazing my son in particular loved it here. Staff were friendly and the location is perfect for families (away from the hustle and bustle and the red light area/scene). Rooms are spacious and beds were nice and comfortable.

Check in was not smooth we were early and made to wait which is fine but by the 2pm check in time they were still not ready and my toddler was beside himself, hot and screaming. It took me getting annoyed for them to say oh we can give you one room now and one room later.
