Hyatt Vacation Club at Sirena del Mar

A can of coke is more expensive than a beer. And the don't let you bring your own water to the pool. You have to purchase a bottle that is way over priced. The food is nice but not worth what they charge.

It was nice but it is older and rundown.not a typical hyatt experience. Also high daily fees and taxes... especially for mexico... when dollar is so strong.. a rip off if you ask me

Stayed with the family and my mom in the penthouse - 2504P- fantastic views of the garden and the ocean. 1600+ sqft place, lots and lots of space and extremely comfortable. The food was decent, slightly on the expensive side but nothing to rave about either. Proximity to CSL helped since it was only a $8 under ride in and out.

The manager was very freindly speak a good english.The water of the hotel was brought by truck .Its good to know then you dont waste it.

Booked this hotel for a week for my 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel is in a great area however it is aged. The floor in the room that we stayed had foundational cracks from the front door to the back door and many different locations. Not a big deal I wasn’t in fear that the building was going to slip into the ocean, however You would think that these things would be fixed. We booked a dinner at the hotel. It was more of a dinner show type of thing the cost to us was a total of $150 with one drink each and tip. The food was absolutely horrible. The chicken mole was not chicken mole. It was some kind of brown sauce and the chicken wasn’t great and to be quite honest with you I can’t remember what the rest of the food was, but it was not good. The show was good. They had dancers and stuff like that But then they had a MC bring people up from the audience and that was fun to watch, but not what I expected. The Staff were well mannered and very helpful. Our trip ran through a Friday and Saturday night. I can say that on Friday night one of the neighboring suites decided to have awe’re well mannered and very helpful. Overall, I’d give it about a three out of five.

The place was nice. More low key than some of the newer resorts. The service / hospitality was mediocre. We had a couple of situations where my 11 year old daughter ordered a non-alcoholic pina colada daiquiri mix and my 8 year old son ordered a smoothie where their faces turned bright pink and had pink blotches on their bodies. We think there was some alcohol in both drinks. They offered to bring a doctor to examine them as well as a room upgrade next time we come back but still made us pay for both drinks in question.

The property was nice. Only 1 dining option and things are quite expensive. The piols were kimd of small with not much activty. This would be great for a coyoke trip- but not a ton to do for kids. The staff were amazing! Jesus and Raziel- activities, were super energetic and patient. The food was good, too. Silvia at the front was super helpful and patient as well. We had a large group and they accommodated us well.

Really laid back property. Loved that we could cook and have our own beverages. Great value, great views and great staff. Would stay here again.
