Horrible pillows, mattress, bedding, old crusty headboard

Great location on the northfork.

First room was not cleaned, bed was unmade. Second room they gave us smelled like it had been smoked in everyday, all day. They had no other rooms available. We checked out and requested a refund. We drove home.

Close to Dunkin’ Donuts, bagels n pizza parlor, quiet and cozy

We had to take ask for extra roll of toilet tissue.

I have business on theNorth Fork of Long Island. I need a bed, a bathroom and decent WIFI. I don't need or want to spend a lot of money, its January so the beach is a non issue... these folks are the best value option. I have stayed here multiple times always for the same reason.
