No5 Boutique Art Hotel by Mantis

I liked the location of the hotel ,it's size and the generosity of the rooms in terms of size even though I was travelling alone.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times before ,in the years between 2013 and 2015.It was quite disappointing to see that nothing had changed in the aesthetics in over 10 years.I guess my expectations were rather high as it is a 5 star Mantis Collection Hotel. The televisions are extremely dated,the furniture(couch) needs reupholstering.The rug in the lounge of my room had stains.The dining room staff that was working the breakfast shift on Sunday 28/09 had an attitude of disinterest-they need training on customer service.I cancelled my breakfast order after waiting for 30 minutes for the food to arrive.

Super Lage, ruhiges und sehr sicheres Quartier, nähe Meer und Einkauf Center. Abgeschlossener Parkplatz.Leckeres Frühstück a la carte. Im ganzen Haus sehr schöne Kunst. Sehr zu empfehlen in Port Elizabeth. 10 Minuten vom Flugplatz. Würden jederzeit wieder kommen

We had a great one-night stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property was spotless and very well maintained, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. Only little suggestion would be to upgrade rooms as these were a bit dated and also offer a better bar selection, this was very tiny. A special highlight was the thoughtful gesture of having champagne waiting in our room to help us celebrate — such a kind and personal touch! We truly appreciated the attention to detail.
