"Great customer service"

Made a mistake to book Radisson Blu in the city instead of the airport. To add on, we had a 12 hour delay to reach Trondheim due to the heavy snow and we were thoroughly exhausted. Leen was extremely reassuring and assisted me to rectify my silly mistake. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you again Leen!

"Airport holiday"

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were outstanding, coordinating a taxi on my behalf for a stress free arrival, incredible breakfast and proximity to the airport meant everything about my stay truely did exceed expectations!

Denne gangen var vi veldig fornøyd. Rom i 5 etg var supert. Ikke minst badekar og fully loaded kjøleskap!! Men savner veldig vaskekluter!!! Det burde vært på alle rom.

"Frokosten på oppholdet "

Skulle lage matpakke og ta med på videre reise. Hadde bestilt opphold med frokost og betalt ekstra for det, men når jeg spurte om en pose som jeg kunne ha ei brødskive i ville de ha ekstra betalt kr. 160.- pr. Matpakke. Dårlig siden man allerde har betalt tillegg for frokosten.

"Dårlig luftkvalitet "

Helt greit hotell, med genial plassering. Rommet hadde elendig inneklima med innestengt varm luft som ikke lot seg endre ved hjelp av termostaten på veggen (usikker på om den hadde noen som helst funksjon). Vegg-til-veggteppe på rommet. Ikke mulig å åpne vinduet. Ikke mulighet for usb-lading. Grei frokost.
