Sheets and towels smelled like outdoors

Rock hard bed...no hair dryer...had to purchase any shampoo or conditioner...no amenities in room. Only Coffee offered in lobby. Toilet was so low, unable to get off toilet for handicapped person.

The price and location was great!

When we walked in our room, there were cracks in the bed platforms on both sides, duct tape holding the foot boards together, floor panels lifting, shower head was loose and wobbled, the walls looked like kids scribbled on the walls but tried to clean it but didn't, and more. I called after we checked in and tried to explain but was told just not to sit there during our stay but it was OK because they put braces under the bed.
