Very friendly happy hotel with lovely staff throughout.Easily located near shops and a few restaurants.There is a varied selection of rooms which are beautifully cleaned and reasonably quiet as away from the noisy centre.There is a relaxed atmosphere and the breakfast is well managed and easy.The treatments are of a high standard with an excellent variety of therapists.Delicious buffet served each evening.

Hotel Lobby - Möblierung ist in die Jahre gekommen - könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen

Struttura di classe, arredamento vintage, spa grande e dotata, ottima qualità degli alimenti, servizi hotellerie per terme e spa completi, camere silenziose e confortevoli. Personale multilingue cortese e disponibile. Parcheggio interno, posizione centrale.

Piccole cose che possono essere migliorate: più acqua e frutta nella zona silenzio, dotazione di ciabatte in lattice per spa anziché solo in spugna, estendere anche di soli 30’ l’apertura della cucina nel ristorante.

We liked the hotel. Highlights: the pool outside, the courtesy of the staff during breakfast, the location. And most of all, the sculpting face lift with Mrs. Svetlana. She is fabulous, an exquisite person.
