Purtroppo ho avuto a che fare con la mela marcia dello staff (Christian) che mi ha rovinato il soggiorno, mettendomi in bocca cose mai dette, mettendo in dubbio che in stanza ci fosse scritto un orario di check out (poi dimostratosi tale) e anziché scusarsi dell'antipatia e maleducazione dimostrata, ha avuto l'ardire di chiamare il direttore, pensando di tutelarsi la reputazione dalla mail che avevo inviato all'hotel, con la foto sul comodino dell'orario di check out. Dopo ciò ha avuto l'ardire di dichiarare altre falsità ancora,davanti a colleghi e direttore, facendomi perdere tempo inutilmente. Il direttore per quanto estremamente gentile, non ha preso alcun provvedimento nei suoi confronti ed ha permesso che il suo dipendente continuasse imperterrito a blaterare sul più totale nulla. Spero che al mio ritorno non debba mai più assistere o avere a che fare con persone lontanamente simili a costui. Non è possibile in un hotel a 5 stelle, formato da personale di altissimo calibro, ritrovarsi in una situazione simile. Avrò cura di accertarmi dei provvedimenti intrapresi per questo triste episodio

This is a very friendly and welcoming hotel.I stayed alone for a few days before my friends arrived and was perfectly happy.The rooms are comfortable and are always cleaned well by the excellent chambermaids.They offer a variety of rooms,some modern and the more classic ones with carpet.I had a lovely marble bathroom and my only wish would be for more luxurious bath products and better quality tea and coffee.Perhaps also complimentary water in the room daily ,which is standard in many other hotels.The free sweet at night is not really a treat… The breakfast is lovely and served in a comfortable dining room with wonderful staff. The highlight of this hotel is the spa, which is maybe less glamorous than many other hotels ,but the standard of therapists and treatments are excellent. Both of the indoor and outdoor pools are very good with ample sunbeds and towels.
