Location, staff.

No air conditioning, it was hot.

This was an extremely suboptimal experience. The hotel is very dated and the room stank of cigarettes and sweat. We had to open the door for hours to clear the smell out. The bed was very uncomfortable. It was really saggy in the middle and felt like a cot bed. The restaurant had very poor vegan options. Dinner was a few chopped up vegetables in a mystery sauce. Breakfast was cucumber and tomato. We really didn't enjoy our stay.

Spacious rooms, good swimming pool, good food check in staff where very nice.

Rooms not cleaned to a high standard, we have stayed here many times felt like standards had slipped quiet a lot. The restaurant staff where really rude on one evening we where even took out of the restaurant and put in another room which made us feel like second class citizens.

I liked the variety of facilities offered, such as the pool, the possibility to rent sauna and electric bikes for a good price. There weren't too many people, so it is perfect for those looking for a calm and quiet stay. Also, the surrounding area is extremely beautiful and the national park nearby is worth visiting.

Hotel is a bit outdated. For example, the hairdryer in the rpom was ancient and would get really hot to hold. The electric bikes they rented were really good, but it would be nice if they offered a phone holder for easier navigation.

The staff on the front desk was extremely rude and our 2 rooms were cancelled after we made the payment to booking.com of £335

Our rooms were allocated to someone else and after a long argument with the staff, I had to wait in the lobby for 45mins with my 7 year old daughter and then a room was allocated to me as if it was a charitable favour from the hotel. They charged me tourist tax of €14 whereas everything was inclusive in booking.com price.

Loved being out in nature - beautiful grounds! All amenities were modern. Heated swimming pool for the kids was a super bonus! Loved our private balcony - super kid friendly!
