Close to where I needed to be

The room was very disappointing. Cleanliness was below expectations.

The apartment I booked suppose to have 2 double beds. Yet I got a double and two singles. The apartment was falling apart, the draws coming off, fridge not level, light fixtures broken or had a huge amount of bugs. Pillow case stained and pillow inside stained. Previous guests socks and undies found under bed. This offers the same quality as a back packers! Don’t stay here it was horrible and I felt very very unsafe as there isn’t an extra secure lock on inside of apartment.

Paying for parking in there carpark.room looked half renovated . a leaking toilet in one of the bathrooms.broken handels on balcony door made it dificult to open

Liked how big the apartment was for the price

Facilities were not clean, hairdryer nearly exploded when we plugged it in - fully short circuited an stopped working completely. Went to reception to see if we could get replacement but was closed so had to air dry my hair. We found cockroaches in the kitchen as well so didn’t really use any of the facilities

Friendly staff, over all feel of room.

Floors need to be mopped. There's new flooring pieces that had just been layed out on the balcony. Air conditioning needs a clean. We did not run it as you can see mould on it

Layout and location was v good. Great view

Master bedroom needs blinds, so you can sleep. Bathroom tiles next to same room need repair and replacement. Rooms need to be reviewed and cleaned throughout. General review and tidy. Power point missing cover. Pool was closed. Several calls to sort out paid carpark. Needed milk in the fridge
