"Value for money, comfortable and great facilities for families and groups"

Everything, accommodated our group perfectly, facilities were great, exactly what we needed. Rooms are lovely and warm, bedding comfortable. Always come back to the Arista when in Rotorua!

Nothing not to like but more of a suggestion would be to put some hooks in the the spa area for towels ☺️

Very clean room and well appointed. Comfortable beds and we really enjoyed the spa. Children loved the playground and easy access to shopping area.
