Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Kamloops

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were the basic amenities provvided.

The parking out back, where our room was provided very little space. We were not able to park close to the room. The Keurig pods provided were 2 decaf, 1 tea and 1 regular coffee.

Great location for food locations and highway access.

Room was clean, easy to access. The room faced a quiet street.

There was no hair dryer or kettle available. I'm allergic to coffee & can't have water for tea come through a coffee machine.. Ugh. The Front desk didn't have a kettle available.

The staff were amazing and the place was central. Loved it, best value for dollar!

The location was ok

When we checked in, they actually gave away our room to someone else I ordered the family room because we needed three beds by the time we checked in at around 5 o’clock they had given it away to someone else even though I paid for the family room, very disappointed in that we ended up with two beds only. They did end up bringing us a car afterwards, but there was no room for the car because the rooms are small. We tried to push each bed up against the wall move the beds and the floor was absolutely disgustingly dirty filthy like it’s never been cleaned.. They came in the next day to clean our room and they took away all her towels. We had no towels by the time we came back to the room. As well as no days did they replenish the coffee for in the room.

The location is ok

It’s a low budget hotel. The tv is small and ancient. The bed was very uncomfortable. It had a hump in the middle which made it hard to turn over. The sheets were clean but the floor had some dried mud on part of it. The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke but it was a billed as a non smoking room.

Accessible.

Location was far from city. Parking lot too small for where our room was and we have a truck. We had to park on the other side of the building. Sheets weren't changed was a stain on it. They didnt wanna change it for us.
