CHCheck-in Sunday, June 23, 18.00, no-one around, a poster with name and room number - help yourself and find your room. Outdated room on first floor, 3 beds, damaged furniture, window could not be closed, disgusting carpet. We had a confirmation from booking.com for a comfort double room with terrace ... (this room boasts a terrace) Could not change the room, a young trainee did not reach the hotel manager. We made a reservation at the restaurant for the evening and even got a confirmation by email - only the restaurant was closed Sunday evening ...
