Gites de la Cascade

Gite très confortable et le cadre proche des cascades est magnifique.

Very easy to find with ample free car parking. The staff are lovely and speak good English. There is a lift available. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed. Ours had a balcony and a lovely view of the mountains and a waterfall. There was also deer below our balcony.

Staff friendly and helpful. Dinner good value for money.

Room rather small. WiFi slow, close to unusable at pick hours.

Hotel needs a fresh-up. Has to be modernized. The same for the restaurant.

Most terrible hotel in my life… the room is very small for 3 guests, I would say the room is too small even for one guest! Everything is too old and old fashioned, the breakfast was disgusting, so for 6€ you will have one croissant and I would name it coffee and baguette with Confi. , for additional price you can have charcuterie, but also not recommended… The walls (wallpaper) in our room were scratched and peeled off, looks ugly and repulsive. We booked 3 nights but left after the first one. Hotel didn’t agree to cancel other 2 nights, so we paid two nights but left after first! I would never recommend this place, expectations much higher than the reality :( in the end for smaller price we found large hotel with a swimming pool.

Nice view, 5-10 minute walk to the nearby waterfalls depends on the weather.
