"Dissapointing experience, no longer a must stay property"

Comfortable clean room in a great location. Good Wifi.

Poor staff. Poor check in/check out. No free parking. Poor breakfast selection, poor quality. Booking.com reservation does no match price or room/bed as advertised. Be warned access hotel on one side closes at 20:00 where there is a Cafe, staff member refused to open the door at 20:03 although there were still customers inside eating and drinking, meant we got very wet in the rain walking around the other side to access the hotel. Very unhelpful and unnecessary.

"I have been staying here for many years, more recently my last 2 weekly stays have had issues."

Good location, clean rooms, good atmosphere

Booking process does not represent what has been booked and paid for. Parking is no longer straightforward and is paid for. Staff no longer helpful or customer focused. Breakfasts no longer excellent, lower quality and lower choice.
