Communication with the agent/host was poor. He never responded to the initial request for check in time and on our arrival sent his cleaner with a young girl to translate - our 'orientation' to the apartment was minimalist. The parking garage was secure but the host wanted to have our car keys and initially we had no access to our vehicle after parking it, as the garage was locked. The next day we were given a key after repeated attempts to contact the host. The apartment consisted of a kitchen/living area and a bedroom/bathroom on the other side of a hallway through which other residents passed on their way to an apartment on the next floor. Thus as we moved back and forward between bedroom and living area it was necessary to keep locking the other 'half' of the apartment for security purposes.

Escasa vajilla

Abbiamo rivevuto aiuto per raggiungere l'appartamento dal garage che era lontano dall'alloggio dove ci hanno fatto alloggiare al posto di quello prenotato. Per il disagio non ci hanno fatto pagare il garage. Vicino al centro.

A causa di un problema idraulico ci hanno proposto un altro appuntamento con la cucina ricavata in un armadio, molto disagevole per cucinare. Avevo scelto un appartamento con cucina comoda.
