We had an amazing time at this hotel and will come again next year

The hotel is small and convinient to eat, shop, and beach. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk. Spectacular! It's decorated nicely, must be great for locals to stay next to the beach at an affordable rate The rooms are small.. very small.no place to put your belongings. No housekeeping. Not really a "hotel" more like an upgraded "hostel"/motel ? I don't understand why is there no elevator or air conditioning in the hallways,

The room was enough if you just wanted a place to sleep and have a shower, but it was quite small. There were no hooks for towels, so we had our stuff spread all over the room. Nevertheless there was a TV and a perfume machine, for people who like that can bring a bit of comfort to the room. It is located close to the beach which can be reached within less than 5min to walk. Supermarkets, bars and shopping areas are also close to the hotel. The staff was very cooperative and friendly.

You have to laugh.... or you'd cry! Sheets still cooling and stained from the previous occupants.... could only be described as 'brothel-like'. How we missed the other dire reviews i really don't know... and yes the pictures could be of a different hotel... the only give away was perhaps the actual signage. How this was ever worth the price we paid i'll never know.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

wow, The pictures of this place do not represent this place properly. This place should be marketed as a hostel-- not a hotel. The place was dirty, like 80 year old building with 40 year old decor and ten year old stains. The location was great. 2 blocks from the beach, just be ready to rough it. The staff wasn't very friendly either.

Don't believe the photos! The real situation is absolutely terrible! Imposible to imagine! Shower and toilet are one for the floor. Small rooms, broken windows, doors etc, everything is absolutely dirty.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No hot water, mold in the bathroom, noisy place, uncomfortable bed. Unless you like this sort of experience! ;-) It was the second cheapest rate on the website. You get less than you pay for here!

I was traveling on business and this was one of the few hotels I found that did not cost an arm and a leg, so I went with it. What angered me the most was the internet unreliability. I had conf. calls to make with Skype and the Internet at the lobby was not working. When I told the front desk about it, he replied "yes, I know", in an arrogant tone. I ended up going at the dolphin hotel further down the block, which had a completely different attitude and they let me use their WORKING wireless even though I was not a guest. The room I got was just awful, I just looked at the pics that are posted and laughed thinking that it looks NOTHING to what I was given. For instance, my bathroom had the sink IN the shower, which was very small. Quite literally, I felt as if I was staying at a hostel. I would consider other options before staying here, seriously.

Two minute walk from Tel Aviv's gorgeous beaches, and 10 minute walk from plenty of bars and restaurants, Ness Ziona hotel is probably the best value for money in the area. Good 'ole Isaac will take care of you and make sure you have a happy stay in this very friendly, comfortable and clean hotel. Will definitely stay there again.
