Please note that all guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and the same credit card used to guarantee your reservation must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. If the booking is made by a third party, please contact the property directly to secure the booking with a third party payment authorization, or make alternative arrangements. Please note that parking is subject to availability, as parking spaces are limited to 14 spots. Please note that are special policies for group reservation (more than 4 rooms).
