Personalul: 1. Domnul de la recepție ar fi putut fi mai explicit și mai binevoitor în ajutorul dat pentru găsirea parcării; 2. am uitat în frigider o mică sacoșă, ar fi putut să mă sune să-mi spună, m-aș fi întors după ea, întrucât am plecat din Bv de-abia dupa-amiază, presupun că făcuseră curat în cameră până atunci.

M-am simțit ca acasă ,mulțumesc 🙏tot colectivului Bella Muzica ❤️sunteți o echipă de nota 💯🤗 Cu siguranță voi mai reveni

Everything was amazing

The hotel is located on the city market square, and despite its central location, the room was quiet. The breakfast was very good and varied. I arrived at 9 a.m. and was able to leave my suitcase in the luggage room before check-in. I recommend it.

In my room, 211, a spring in the mattress was jabbing me in the back. I reported this to the staff.

Perfect central location. Lovely large superior room with a view. Very comfy bed. Staff friendly & helpful. Lots of choice for breakfast. 10% off in the hotel restaurant was a bonus.

Shower head but nothing to hang it on so had to hold it to use. As we were at the front of the hotel the road noise was a bit of an annoyance but we had earplugs so still managed to sleep well.

Расположение просто супер! Такой же завтрак 10 из 10-ти ! Вежливый персонал, очень чисто и уютно Отель в стиле средневекового замка

Фен был слабоват и очень не люблю искусственные цветы, у нас в Джуниор свите они были везде, но как дополнение к интерьеру отеля они выглядели красиво Еще в отеле нет лифта, совсем не обратила внимание при бронирование, но персонал помог с багажом, поэтому это нам совсем не мешало
