"Just what was needed but would have been disappointed if we had to stay more than one night."

Breakfast was good and staff were nice as well as attentive on this area. The room was clean and warm Just what was needed after. 3 day trek.

Reception team were distracted, not great customer service as you should always acknowledge a guest. This is not a four star hotel, three at best as parts are very old and tired!

"Comfortable Hotel in a good location of Cusco"

We had a very pleasant stay in the Xima hotel city of Cusco. We were given a very unsuitable room without external ventilation on the first night . The window opened onto a public passageway in the hotel . Our room was changed on the second day and we were very comfortable. The waiters Norman and Abelardo were quite excepts we thank them for their kind demeanour and attentive service. We will be happy to stay here again.

"Exceptional"

O hotel é muito charmoso e os funcionários são simpáticos. Ganhamos um welcome drink (limonada ou pisco) e a limonada estava deliciosa.

A água do chuveiro tem a pressão bem fraca e os quartos virados para a rua são um pouco barulhentos.

El servicio brindado de muy alta calidad. Tuve una emergencia por mi pareja que le dio soroche fuertemente y me brindaron oxígeno de forma instantánea y siempre estuvieron bastante atentos y preocupados por su salud. La limpieza muy buena y su ubicación también.
