Location and staff were both very good . In particular James was very helpful.

76 Waterkant St is not suitable for elderly visitors like my wife and myself because of the excessive number of steps/ stairs. We slept on the ground floor but still had to negotiate steps up from the street, onto a small landing, into the bedroom and then into the bathroom. We specifically did not use the stairs down to the basement bedroom or upto the first floor lounge/bedroom so as to avoid these risks. The ground floor water was always either warm or scalding hot. Cold water from a tap was available on first floor only. The sink in the ground floor bathroom sprayed out of the basin onto the user or floor. Apparently some tap problem. The safe was tiny and the key didn’t work.

Der Standort war super, die Unterkunft war gut eingerichtet und sehr schön. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars in direkter Umgebung ist aber trotzdem ruhig.

L’emplacement dans un de mes quartiers préférés du Cap, le rooftop et sa vue incroyable, les pièces spacieuses et bien équipées, le confort des lits, la possibilité de stationner dans la rue devant.

Une déco un peu moins impersonnelle et ça serait parfait.

Great location with plenty stores close by. This property had a rear patio that got sun morning and afternoon. Very spacious inside and well equipped.

Het huis heeft een gezellige sfeer en heeft een bijzonder goede ligging dicht bij het levendige stadscentrum. Het verwarmde buitenzwembadje en het grote zonneterras zijn fantastisch. Bovendien is het huis voorzien van alle comfort.

Er viel niets tegen maar een klein verbeterpuntje is dat de kamer die onderaan het huis gelegen is, niet over lichtwerende gordijnen beschikt.
