Please note that all guests will receive an additional booking form directly from the property. Check-in time is from 14h00 to 15h00 on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. The offices are closed on Christmas day and New Years day. Please also note that charges apply for check-ins outside the applicable reception opening hours and check in times. Please note that De Waterkant Cottages makes use of a 3D secure payment system. The property will send you an email with a payment link.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area so guests might experience some noise. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
