Please note that there is no restaurant on-site, however the nearest restaurant and convenience store are both 164 feet from the front gate of the property. The property provides a starter kit for each apartment, free of charge, which has coffee, tea, sugar and milk as well as a small amount of dish-washing liquid in the kitchen. In the bathroom/laundry there are 2 toilet rolls, 4 soaps and a small amount of washing powder. Guests are required to self-cater after using the items supplied.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

great location walkable to beach and cbd area, marina etc

Lack of obvious maintenance since previous visit to a different unit 2 years ago. Disappointing Toilet seat in ensuite broken, toaster vanished had to ask for replacement No tea/coffee/milk/laundry satchets as advertised on arrival Cracked tiles on floor, bowls with chips in them Fan overhead wobbled dangerously when turned on Common area had an old dryer out the front which remained for duration of our stay

"Perfect location for Port Douglas"

Perfect location. 100 metres to the beach. Beach chairs were available to borrow at no charge. Property was also on the main street just down from the shops which made it an easy walk everywhere .

There are lots of stairs in the villas which I was aware of but could be tricky if you are not too mobile.
