"Very uncomfortable room!!"

The drain for the rooms above came down through our very very small toilet so people flushing at 0200 and showering at midnight and at 0430 sounded like they were in the room with us. we didn’t get much sleep. The room was very small and so was the bed. The toilet “room” was so small there was no place for a washbasin. The shower room was so small I had to open the door to the bedroom in order to get in and out of the shower.

"ideal for a 1 night stopover en route ."

Village location. Room size was good and ease of parking. restaurant was very nice and set menu very reasonably priced. Breakfast was more than adequate.

A kettle was provided but no cups or tea/coffee etc. Our room was clearly prepared for 1 person rather than 2 ie insufficient towels etc.
