L'accueil, le personnel adorable, extrêmement gentil et à l'écoute. On sent que le personnel est heureux de travailler dans cette institution, car cela en est une. Vraiment bravo pour ce temps passé.

Hay habitaciones grandes y otras pequeñas. Las grandes están muy bien. Hotel medio renovado. El desayuno sencillo pero completo y bueno. Cerca de Puigcerdà, sitio tranquilo

"Good, but a bit disappointing"

The room was basic, but comfortable, and the view out of the balcony was nice.

I was looking forward to using the heated pool and sauna, which is advertised as being open all year. However, upon arrival I was told that the pool heater was not working, and that in any case it was 2 blocks away from the main hotel. I would have been better if they were more honest in the advertising.
