"Great find and we will be back"

The staff were so friendly and welcoming especially Bernard. The food was great and it was a lovely last minute find after a stressful day of trying to get to Spain with all the crossings being blockaded We had a great evening

Very lovely staff. The lady at reception was exceptionally kind.

The hotel would use an update and renovation. It was very comfy, but a bit outdated.

Very friendly staff with good advice regarding local walks, hot springs and routes for my onward travel. Lovely restaurant and excellent food - obviously popular with locals wanting to 'dine out'. Well located for my needs - train, foot and bus. Took care to contact me after my departure about item I had left in my room - forwarded it to my next destination. I want to go back and explore the region more...

Great second stay at this family hotel which has a fantastic restaurant and bags of atmosphere. Try and get a room with a balcony as the sunsets over the mountains are wonderful. Breakfast is good. The staff are helpful and friendly.
