The Property is very cold. Heating does not work properly. There is remnants of old air heating system in the rooms these vents blow in cold air and dust. It is incredibly difficult to believe that this is rated as three stars there wasn’t even a kettle in the room. as a family, it was a mistake booking there and I took my family and left , explained that this would not be a suitable accommodation for my family to the nice gentleman at reception, I would not recommend this property. I’m currently awaiting a refund We I understand the hotel was not keen to provide. Definitely would not recommend.

À notre arrivée, les chambres étaient très froides, sans chauffage, tout comme les couloirs. Il faisait extrêmement froid, presque plus à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Dans la chambre double avec lit superposé, le lit simple supérieur n’était pas fait. La salle de bain n’était pas propre, avec des traces de dentifrice visibles. Aucune couette n’était disponible pour se réchauffer, seulement un petit chauffage d’appoint. Le petit-déjeuner était très limité, avec peu de choix en sucré-salé. Au vu du prix payé, nous nous attendions à des prestations de bien meilleure qualité.

Room was extremely old and worn. There were no towels nor soap in the room. Had to go down to reception. I was not able to officially check in (as internet connection failed) but 12 hours later could also not officially check out (as internewt connection was still down)
