Near to bars & restaurants. Not far back to motorway for onward journey. Good breakfast. Guy on reception duty morning of 23 April exceptionally helpful with waffle maker & adding loyalty points.

Afternoon receptionist on arrival not helpful when asked about loyalty points or when asked for milk to go with tea in our room. Tea, sugar, coffee provision minimal but always take out own.
