Rezeption hat Hotels.com Buchung + Zahlung nicht finden können. Bereits am Checkin deshalb Verzögerungen. Bei Checkout nochmals 40 min gewartet bis Personal die Zahlung und Buchung finden konnte. Abendessen nur 2 Menüs mit insgesamt 6 Speisen zur Auswahl. Kosten pauschal 35 Euro, jedoch auf der Karte keine Preise ausgewiesen, kein a la carte. Frühstück tragisch: Rührei kalt, Säfte chemisch, weitere Auswahl keinesfalls 5 Sterne. Personal unmotiviert und langsam.

"Fantastisch verblijf."

Het hotel was fantastisch. Mooi onderhouden. Zwembad op 5m van de kamer. Het avondeten was lekker, zeker als je de prijs bekijkt: 30 euro voor 2-gangen + water + 2 extragrote glazen wijn + koffie. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De prijs was fantastisch. Kamer met ontbijt in 5-sterrenhotel voor slechts 85 euro.

De streek was niet zo toeristisch. Het ontbijt was eerder aan de sobere kant en dit zeker voor een 5-sterrenhotel.

"Teleurstellend."

De tuin en het avondeten en de ober in de avond.

De zwembaden waren groen van alg. Achterstallig onderhoud. Badkamer verroeste scharnieren, beugel muur los. Kitrand los, zeep leeg. Ontbijt matig, bediening meneer bij ontbijt chagrijnig en zuchtend. Ziet ons binnenkomen en komt na 10 min pas voor koffie vragen. De foto’s op Booking.com lijken prachtig maar spijt dat we geboekt hadden.
