La gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale. La location spettacolare con un arredamento da favola. Il cibo buono con un discreta scelta.

Per essere un 5 stelle lusso, non ho trovato in camera alcune comodità tra le quali ad esempio delle pantofoline usa e getta che tra l'altro si dovrebbero usare nella SPA.

Le piscine olimpioniche non utilizzabili

Le cerimonie con musica altissima e fuochi di artificio La mancanza totale di cortesia del personale Nessun controllo o sicurezza, cani di clienti liberi e senza padrone a controllarli mi pisciavano sulla porta della camera Il menù fisso scompare per quello alla carta . La piscina dell’albergo è più piccola e senza regole. Clienti maleducati fanno quello che vogliono. Check out anticipato di 4 giorni nessun rimborso
