Hotel Mare Blue

Love our stay here. Only a 1min walk to a beautiful beach. The hotel was very clean and and staff was really nice! There are a handful of walkable restaurants, but having a car gives a lot more flexibility. And it was great that there was hotel parking.

Just a short stay close to the airport but it was a lovely convenient hotel! Great breakfast which was included!

The staff were great but the accommodation is nosy. Thin walls means you hear your neighbours which made getting a restful night hard.

Das Zimmer hat modrig gerochen. Die Handtücher werden nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt.

The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The other guests are from Italy and European countries. The staff are friendly and polite. Everyone speaks English (some are excellent speakers). The breakfast was plentiful with lots of healthy options. The coffee service is excellent (made fresh to order).

There really is nothing to complain of. We wish the archaeological museum in Olbia had been open during our stay. The staff was unsure of the location of local hiking routes. But we struck out on our own using our phones and found it was possible to walk for hours up the coast using local trails. The degree of difficulty was easy to moderate. The local fish restaurant was a short walk and although more expensive than "pizza," was a first-rate experience.
