Great location with a calm and welcoming presence. Great selection at breakfast - all very tasty. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and helped with information or questions. An incredibly stylish and comfortable riad. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Très belle expérience au sein du Riad UP. Le riad bénéficie d’une excellente localisation au cœur de la médina, idéalement situé entre la place Jemaa el-Fnaa et les palais historiques de Marrakech. Cette proximité permet de visiter une grande partie de la ville à pied tout en profitant du calme du riad. Nous avions réservé la suite, très confortable, avec une literie de grande qualité qui permet de vraiment bien se reposer après les journées de visite. Mention spéciale également pour le petit-déjeuner et surtout pour la personne qui assure le service chaque matin. Une gentillesse rare, très attentive, toujours à l’écoute et avec un vrai sens du détail. Nos habitudes étaient prises en compte naturellement dès le deuxième jour, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Un service vraiment remarquable. Un séjour parfait du début à la fin. Nous recommandons ce riad sans hésitation pour un séjour à Marrakech.
