Hotel La Casa

The family run hotel is the most relaxed and friendly place I have ever stayed in. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left it was an absolute joy. Honesty bar , serve yourself and the charge is added to your bill when you leave. The Flamenco room opens directly to the terrace and has spectacular Mountain View’s. The huge double bed is EXTREMELY comfortable and the pillows are really plump (very unusual in a hotel!) Very clean and modern bathroom with great water shower pressure. I was in Torrox to buy a house and Sara and her sister were extremely informative and helpful. I cannot wait to stay here again.

it was a low season visit and the hotel restaurant was only open for four nights. We missed the experience of Sarah’s sister culinary delights. We will make sure we stay there again when its restaurant is full open.

The hotel is small, spotlessly clean and absolutely beautiful. Our room was lovely and had all we needed for a relaxing stay. The owners Sarah & Neil were very friendly and helpful and we can understand why many guests return year on year 😊

Nothing not to like. Maybe the fact there isn’t a minibar / fridge in the room? However, there is a decent ‘honesty’ bar / fridge whereby you take what you want and just write it down - great idea!

Beautiful small boutique hotel in centre of Torrox.

A very good stopping place less than an hour from Málaga Airport. A nice hotel in a small town a little away from the coast.

The one disadvantage is that there is no nearby parking at all and access to the hotel by car is difficult. So unless one wants to repeatedly drive through the very narrow one-way streets of this typical Spanish hill town, you have to walk 400 yards (perhaps with bags) to the nearest parking garage (which is free) and from which there is an easy route by car to leave the town.

This little hotel is a gem in Torrox pueblo. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and the food in the restaurant is marvellous as is the ambience. Beautiful Mountain views from the restaurant and a little balcony in the family suite. The traditional village is also located close to the Costa and a short drive from Nerja, Frigliana and Competa which are all worth a visit.
