Er was een lekkage in mijn badkamer. Ik heb het met de receptionist besproken, maar hij kan er niks aan doen :( Uiteindelijk moest ik naar het huis van mijn vriend logeren.

The staff are lovely. So helpful and polite. Gave us so many tips and tricks that we would have missed if it weren't for them.

The room we stayed in didn't exactly look like the picture. It was still nice but nowhere near as trendy as we were expecting. If you are going to cape town to explore and not stay in the hotel this place is great.

Rooms are not well ventilated, very small, tight and no TVs, on the booking they charge R158 for breakfast but you only get croissants and doughnuts and coffee

Taste is personal. I loved everything about the hotel. My expectations were met. I knew what i wanted, which i think is very important when making a lot of life choices. The hotel has 'character' which resonates with someone like me. Otherwise the facilities where clean, and the staffs just wonderful. I spent my downtime at the hotel lounge which is perfect for meeting and sharing experiences with fellow travelers and engaging with the staff. Wonderful people. Just loved my experience.
