just the receptionist. Onorio was kind and professional.

basically everything. the room was a catfish. different than the photos, dated and in poor shape. smelled like cigarettes, i had to buy spray it was unbearable.

No water provided, even in vending machines. No elevator, we had to carry the heavy luggage upstairs and downstairs.

"The hotel bed could have been more comfortable, the washroom could have been a lot cleaner."

I wish there wasa comtinental breakfast.

Washroom floor by the wall where the heater was dirty ( disgusting). Damage heater ( part of it waa not in place abd dirty .The bed was too soft. There could have had two wooden chairs by the table that we could sit comfortably to eat by the table.
