Tuvimos el inconveniente de que nunca funcionó el televisor, y el personal no atendió al pedido de repararlo. Tampoco repuso un foco faltante en la lámpara de la mesa de luz.

Localização excelente. Bons restaurantes, baladas e bairro jovem. Quarto novo, limpo e arrumado. Longe das atrações turísticas, gasta-se um pouco mais com táxi, mas vale muito a pena. No bairro conseguimos fazer tudo a pé. Com excelente restaurante na esquina. Amei e ficaria novamente. O único transtorno é que a recepção não fica no local de entrada do hotel, quando chegamos batemos e ai sim fomos avisados que deveríamos ir ao lado. Não diminuiria a nota por causa disso, mas encontramos uma hóspede com o mesmo problema de madrugada e, se não fosse por nós, ela poderia ter ficado um bom tempo aguardando. Uma mensagem no interfone já seria o suficiente para evitar o transtorno.

The service was amazing and the room was super confortable. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to stay in the Palermo area.

Hubo un inconveniente en el check in y el check out en cuanto a la reserva ya que me plantaeron que no la había pagado. hubo el mismo error dos veces. No tuvimos wifi ningún dia, dijeron que era un problema de la zona que nunca solucionaron. La habitación que figura como reservada por mi no fue la que nos dieron. El personal del hotel me parecio muy improvisado y poco capacitado.

Me quede una sola noche. La amabilidad de la gente muy buena. Sin embargo la limpieza d la habitación no era excelente. Hubo un inconveniente con wifi que hizo que no tengamos internet. Y algunos artefactos como calefacción y secador de cabello no funcionaban correctamente. La zona es excelente

This hotel was incredibly dirty and probably the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. I will be contacting you all with pictures etc. Hotels.com should not be representing this hotel.

Nice hotel for a good price. Great Neighbourhood

In general it was not a good experience. Bad breakfast, terrible coffee. Poor Internet connection, uncomfortable bed, dirty room and general facilities. Old TV. This place needs a huge renovation.

my only reservation was that the Hot tub was not hot. Other than that i was pleasantly surprised when i entered the hotel with a feeling of safety and comfort. something you need to feel in Buenos Aires. the staff were courteous and the place is all you need to relax and take a break from the bustling Soho Palermo area. With Plaza Cerrano right down the street there was always something to do. I'm a New Yorker and expect sertain things when travelling. I would reccomend this to any of my friends or family.
