It is very well- cared for with midern washrooms, jaccusi, beautiful Victorian furniture and excellent taste in design and archutecture. The hosts are extremely welcoming and live to relate stories about the house, its buildrr and the different phases of upgrades it has had. Breakfast is served on fine china and comprises of different gourmet plates to suit every taste. It was a real treat for the connoisseur of refined living. Wifi available but no TV. It is within walking distance to the Shaw Festival and less to the main street.

"Quaint B&B. Superb location"

10.0

Dave and Gayle, the owners couldn't have been more welcoming. They treated us like we were heir children. The rooms were lovely. I felt transported back to my Nan's house. Antiques and curios everywhere. The room was spotless, the bathroom facilities, excellent, and breakfast was a lovely combination of fruits, and lovely one pot concoctions lovingly thought up by Gayle. They made every effort to accommodate allergies, and requests. They are very knowledgeable about the area and the wineries. Would absolutely go back.

"Handy to theatre"

Everything was excellent (Breakfast was wonderful) but the king bed had a huge hump in the middle and the regular pillows need replacing.

Hosts very accommodating and lovely breakfasts. Great proximity to downtown, shopping, bars, restaurants and theatre. Room was a bit tight, but hey, you only really sleep there and that is what you get in a house that old!

"Charming and close to everything"

8.0

This place is lovely and convenient. The rooms were cold (too much a/c) and smallish but so well appointed and beautifully decorated. And the location is perfect - quiet but within walking distance of everything.

"A warm, welcoming, feels like home stay!"

10.0

Everything in a stay at Apple Tree B&B in NOTL is ravishing! The wonderful 1820 charming home, the extraodinary location close to main street NOTL, the easyness to go back and forth on the Niagara region and the most warm welcoming of the hosts Gail and Dave, their helpfull pointers on the region and, mostley, the delicious, generous and genuinely homemade Gail's breakfast. Apple Tree is a cosy, easygoing, pleasant place to enjoy what NOTL as best to offer!

"Lovely B&B in Niagara on the Lake"

10.0

Had a backstage tour on Sun. morning and was able to drop off bags early! Hosts could not have been nicer! Lovely pergola with table and benches in the yard, had a nice picnic lunch there. Bathroom was spotless with very modern fixtures. Comfortable, close to everything--walking distance. Great value!
