Nice hotel but restaurant and room servicing was average.

Great situation of friendly hotel. We ate breakfasts and dinners there, very good food. The staff are courteous and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable with modern bathroom fittings. We had a view over the beach and sea. However be warned to get to the beach you need to descend steep steps. A lovely memorable stay. Thank you.

We loved it, it was a fabulous hotel with amazing views and fantastic suites. I would highly recommend.

Views are exceptional ! But they exist whether in or outside the hotel and the view certainly should not be the measure of how good a hotel is. Beautifully designed and appointed building with lots of designer chic furnishings. But seriously let down given the high price paid. 3 nights there 2 and a half of those without internet in the room. The hotel took forever to respond to this gripe and did nothing to compensate. Generally looks 5 star but the cracks start to appear when things go wrong. Also a very cold stark atmosphere amongst workers there, not worth the money!

Wow! Not only a beautifully appointed hotel with much more than it’s namesake “views” (adjectives required) but interiors to compliment the beach mood - glass fish grace the walls/sun bleached wood object d’art scatter the common parts/glass sea birds hovering from the ceiling/mooted blues/iridescent greys... it’s peaceful and stunning with dolphin pods a plenty to be seen from the ocean facing windows. Staff in South Africa are the most polite I’ve come across in the world, and they did not let me down here either. Breakfasts were perfect. My only criticism is that they could utilise the roof terrace and pool better... refurb the pool to make it larger; open the bar; add subtle music and that really would complete this superb hotel.

Amazing place with amazing views. Food very good, staff extremely welcoming and well trained. It’s not children friendly though, and pricey.

Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by very helpful and friendly hotel staff. During check in we were offered our choice of beverage on the house - my husband chose a beer and I chose bubbly! We then enjoyed our drinks on a small patio overlooking the ocean. Once we were finished taking in the views, the staff member took our bags to our room and showed us around the hotel. We were also offered hot beverages to be brought to our room in the morning and filled out a form selecting what we wanted and at what time. We later had dinner at the hotel restaurant; the food was great and the views were amazing — we watched the sunset during dinner and you couldn’t help getting up to take photos. All the staff were absolutely wonderful during our stay. We truly had an excellent experience and wished we had stayed longer!

Staff were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. In particular, the chef made us something special for a vegetarian breakfast which went down really well! The room was lovely with a very big bathroom and all the facilities we needed. It was all very comfortable and definitely worth the money!

A wonderful stay. Super clean, spacious suites, friendly staff, just everything about our stay was memorable. Loved the spa and relaxing upstairs on deck with 180 degree ocean views. Spectacular.
