The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, a real highlight in an otherwise disappointing stay.

The room smelled musty and unpleasant from the moment I walked in. Everything looks and feels extremely outdated, worn furniture, tired fixtures, and décor that belongs in another era. It’s not just in need of a refresh; it needs a full renovation. Breakfast was a letdown. Poor quality, minimal choice, and not what you’d expect from a hotel in a popular tourist destination like Langkawi.
