Bedding and sheets were stained and ripped. No iron available in the room, I had to request iron and was only permitted limited time to use and return iron.

I’ve stayed here numerous time and it’s always been great! They renovated the rooms a few years back, so they look amazing. The hotel is close to shopping, eating, and drinking venues.

Exactly as advertised. I have stayed in places that oversell and under deliver. This place was comfortable, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was also a great bonus.

"Newly renovated room"

Newly renovated room. 5 minutes walk to Robinsons Malate. Internet is fast. Unfortunately non-smoking room smells cigarette. Staff offered to put ionizer but still has little but smell on it. Buffet rice breakfast not much viand such as corned beef, ham and eggs. Overall we had comfortable stay.

Good hotel, simple yet elegant. Breakfast is good. Staff are couteous. Check in and check out were smooth. Room is clean and comfortable. Bath towels need replacement though. Complimentary coffee/ choco drink/ tea for each rooms could have been nice.

Hotel is super friendly and quiet inside. Rooms are super clean and housekeeping service is superb. Staff are super nice and friendly. Food is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for a super nice stay.
