Staff were nice but room cleaner was annoying

1. I pressed DONT DISTURB but cleaner guy knocked not only once, but twice to ask if he could come in and clean. 2. Soundproofing needed. Jeepneys and noise outside can be disruptive. 3. Hotdogs are not for breakfast. Ang bangus head too. Bangus steak is a bit too advebturous, and it was all bangus head.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines Amigo Iloilo. The location is excellent—just a short walk to many restaurants and food spots, which made dining very convenient. The rooms and facilities were clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and courteous. Special thanks to Cara Solado from Guest Services, who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay—her service truly stood out.

If there's one thing to improve, it would be the strong scent of the room freshener after housekeeping, which can be a bit overwhelming. The breakfast selection could also be enhanced to better match the overall quality of the hotel. Overall, we highly recommend Citadines Amigo and look forward to staying here again.
