Great food and drinks. An older property so no gym or pool. Nice size room

The property and area is great! My only concern was that the windows had gaps which let insects inside. Also, the bamboo shades in my unit was almost see thru which was odd since almost every other unit had regular curtains. All in all, a nice place.

PLUSES: There are many to list: My room had a queen bed on the main floor plus 2 twin beds in the loft. The ladder to the loft was challenging for me, but I am 65 years old. Very fast and free WI-FI. Great free breakfast in the morning with unlimited eggs. (Try to beat the records for the most eggs eaten at a sitting. The current record is 47. If you break the record, you get free meals for the next 3 days.) The property is located right at the beach in Station 2 so there is easy access to the shops and the area where you catch a boat for water activities. All the staff are friendly, helpful and are fluent in English. Convenient laundry service. Money can be exchanged on site. The bar/restaurant has a live band playing 80's music like Queen. Happy hour is between 5 pm and 7 pm each day. NEGATIVES: Only two minor issues were encountered. The toilet kept making a funny noise and my safe was not working properly.

It was convenient. But if I'm going to pay $100 per night I think I should have hot water, a hair dryer and a blanket, none of which were provided. DISAPPOINTED!!

Excellent customer service. Staff was very friendly and always accommodating for need and questions. They even knew some been of the local spots to get food which was nice, because they can cook it there at the hotel for a small fee or you can go to a local cooking shop. There's a great live band near the dining area, where you can get food for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Band can sing in many languages like English, Tagalog, Chinese, Korean and Russian! They have an array of American and Filipino dishes available to eat. The beach is literally in front of the bar area and no more than a 2 minute walk from your room to the beach. The room was also very big and spacious. The steps for the upstairs area for my kids bed was a little steep, but a good 6 feet from floor to bed on the top balcony (will post photos from camera). The bathroom had a big shower with hot water. And there's a waiting area outside. There's also safes to put materials like passports or watches, but I found area to be safe and even at night that I didn't generally have to worry about it. Overall great stay. Convenient location. Safe and friendly. Great for families.

I don't know why this hotel has such high rating. Probably bungalow is not our style. Rainy days made it worse. The hotel breakfast was really great. Location was very convenient.

Best location in station 2. The best breakfast. The best service. I met the owner and they are very polite and helpful. They have their people moved my luggage’s to the main road and guided me to take taxi to the jetty port. 5 stars to this hotel

Property is themed decorated with materials native to the region. The balcony provides a cozy cool Air relaxation sans air conditioner which we like. We were given a two story room, second level is an attic type accommodation with very steep stairs hence with our fear of possible accidents, the space was not used. We transfer one bed cushion to the first level to use as a sleeping corner for one guest. Going up and down that steep stairs at night just to go use rest room pose a risk for us seniors. We all shared space on the first level

My sister and her hubby enjoyed their 3nights stay with Nigi. They were well taken cared for. They enjoyed their free breakfasts. They loved the location as it was right smack in the middle and they were not bothered at all by noise from the island when they get into their room. My cousin and i enjoyed our stay here as well way way back and it is the only cottage style accommodation then. We are used to the typical hotel so Nigi was i think the most island-feel-like accommodation in the island. This was our family’s birthday gift to my sister and her hubby, both dec celebrants, and i had to make sure i booked them in Nigi. I made the right choice!! To the wonderful staff, from the booking until the end, you were very acommodating, thank you very much!! Please please keep up the good work as for sure we will keep recommending your place 👏👏👏👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️ God bless yoh more guys!!!
